The Cambrian Viral DNA/RNA Kit uses magnetic bead technology on the Manta platform to extract DNA and RNA from plasma, VTM and serum. It runs 1 to 32 samples in about 30 minutes for pathogen detection, viral genotyping, PCR and NGS.
