This data, generated using the Infinium HD FFPE QC Assay, shows that lower Cq values (typically under 29 cycles) correspond to a high quantity of target sequences. With a QCT value of 13.6, we meet industry standards, and delta Cq values consistently remain below 5, confirming the DNA’s high quality for sequencing.
